Reason for joining L360:† To help gain some structure in my day to day activities and get control of my life back.

Biggest Learning from being in L360:† Iíve learned a lot, and having a network of like-minded people to share and bounce ideas off, has been great.† The accountability set up through L360 has taught me how to approach larger goals and complete them.† So far my biggest learning is that I am capable of doing much more than I ever gave myself credit for.

Biggest wins since joining L360:†† Lost over 40+ pounds to date since I decided to start L360.

Favorite thing about L360:† The group of 9 guys that you get to spend a year with learning from each other.

Hobbies:† Family, golf, boating, gambling, sporting events (Terps, Orioles, Redskins, Capitals)
