Reason for joining L360: ††After building a branch and a region of branches, I was ready to enlarge and expand my personal production.††† I needed all that L360 had to offer:†† Knowledge of systems on the operations side and methods of generating and converting leads. †
Biggest Learning from being in L360:†† The steady dose of interaction between participants and coaches keeps all of us on point.†† Doing the essential activities that yield the highest and best impact on our business.†† There is a sense of accountability as well that I find energizing.
Biggest wins since joining L360:†† Iím making wise decisions for sure.†† In 3 months, Iíve completed the initial build of my Perfect Loan Process.†† Easily the biggest win so far has been the affect this program has had on my team.
They have bought into the idea of stepping it up a few notches and are really taking even better care of the borrowers and referral partners.††† This has already provided a nice return on the prospecting side even though itís an operations function.†† The idea sharing has added a number of nice features that clients appreciate and that make us more productive.† †
Favorite thing about L360:† †I like to learn from smart people.†† The 3 coaches and the 8 other guys in this program are ďall-inĒ and wicked smart.†† Each and every one of them have taught me so much.†† The culture here is to help others and in that process, you will be helped. †
Hobbies:† I love the outdoors.†† Bowhunting, photography, and hiking.†† †The mortgage business is all-consuming.†† Getting away from people and all weíve created as human beings and interacting with the beauty of nature and animals refreshes me like nothing else.†† And I love using a bow to harvest the meat we eat instead of using my credit card to harvest it!† By the way, L360 does a fantastic job of creating a loan process where you can get away and delegate to the team without your clients paying a price.
