Specialty in the mortgage space (What are the things that you do well, Strengths): My strongest strength in the mortgage industry is the ability to build relationships with Realtors, and also the ability to build relationships with other branch manager from different companies.  This allow me an opportunity to learn from their business model and what they do that make their business so successful.  

So far, below is what we have done.  However, this is an ongoing progress and it may take me and my team a couple of months to complete it.  At this point in time, we have set a target date of middle of July 2017.

2017 MIG focus (List all MIGs):

My 2017 MIG is to build an online marketing platform that will allow me to expand my business into other markets that I otherwise would not have able to.  

So far, below is what we have done.  However, this is an ongoing progress and it may take me and my team a couple of months to complete it.  At this point in time, we have set a target date of middle of July 2017.

  • Researched 15,000 keywords that we will be targeting for displaying ads in google;
  • Types of Ads that needs to be created 
    • Display ads
    • Search ads
    • Call Only Ads
    • Chat on website
  • We have discussed with Vinnie in Vonk Digital who will start work on building our new website;
    • We need to discuss and finalise a layout with you – Can we do a call on Monday?

Following are the steps we have to take moving further:

  • Estimate a daily and weekly budget
  • Tools & calculators that we need in website
  • Targets for next one month and following
  • Create google advert account – once the website is ready

Unit and Dollar Volume prior to joining L360: N/A

Reason for joining L360: The reason why I wanted to join the L360 is because I wanted to learn how to build a better business that focuses on long term growth, and to build a business that is more sustainable regardless what market conditions are.

Biggest Learning from being in L360: The BIGGEST but most surprising thing that I have learned from the L360 is that it helps becomes a better person.  Please let me explain.  Prior to joining the L360 Family, I have never thought about what I can do help impact the life of those around me.  This include both personally and professionally.

Biggest wins since joining L360: The Biggest wins for me is that I am able to build so many more relationships with people whom I would never have been able.  I am so much more closed to my wife and kids.  I have so many more friends that respect me.  There are so many factors that I couldn’t possibly put is in words.

Favorite thing about L360: Joining the L360 Family allows me an opportunity to meet with so many talented people in the mortgage industry.  I am amazing at their talents and wisdoms, and how eager they are to share  their success stories.  And most of all, I have learned to love myself, and all the people around in the most unconditional ways.  

Hobbies: I love to travel…anywhere there is water.
