Julie Weix

As an Executive Coach with Performance Experts, Julie coaches and supports our Leadership 360 clients in achieving extraordinary results in their businesses and lives. As co-facilitator of the L360 Signature Program and L360 Masters Program, she leads our clients in deepening their self-awareness and business skillsets to effectively produce results and achieve goals. She coaches 30+ of the Nation's top-producing Loan Originators.

Philosophy

With 15 years of high-level corporate experience and over a decade of experience as a coach and mentor for high-performing mortgage professionals, Julie Weix is passionate about empowering people to break through perceived barriers to achieve their goals, experience breakthrough success and live the life of their dreams.

Background

Julie received her Bachelor of Science in Business from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio, in 1998. After graduating, Julie accumulated a tremendous amount of business experience related to supply chain, global business processes, and change management, working for Fortune 100 company Kraft Foods for 15 years.

Julie brings her leadership, team management, process management, and communication background to support her clients and their teams. She is passionate about helping people bring their best selves to work, optimizing their time management, and leveraging their team members' skill sets to produce excellent results. Her experience in supporting large-scale corporate change and redefining business processes across the globe enables her to easily understand complex business situations, provide clarity, and create a successful path forward for her clients.

In 2014, Julie earned a Master of Arts degree in Spiritual Psychology with a concentration in Consciousness, Health, and Healing from the University of Santa Monica. She is also a Certified Coach through the Newfield Network International Coaching School in Boulder, Colorado, which is an International Coaching Federation-accredited school.

Joining Performance Experts in 2013 has given Julie extensive mortgage industry knowledge. Leveraging this with her corporate leadership experience and her advanced education enables Julie to assess a situation, cut to the heart of the matter, and support clients in achieving powerful results in their lives. Working with Julie results in the ability to make more conscious and empowered choices to create a business and a life you love.

Julie also facilitates group workshops with mortgage teams, in Los Angeles and client offices across the country. These workshops help teams work together more efficiently and cohesively. Julie leads the L360 Masters Site Visit program, facilitating bi-annual office visits to client offices. She is also a Faculty Mentor of the Loan Atlas. Her many years of high-level corporate experience combined with coaching make her a source of knowledge and experience that helps people take their business and personal lives to the next level.

Julie lives in Austin, Texas, where she enjoys playing tennis, hiking, practicing yoga and spending time with her boyfriend, family and friends. Her St. Bernard dog keeps her on her toes and active in her neighborhood.

Julie loves traveling, speaking Spanish while immersing herself in other cultures, taking road trips with friends, and spending time with loved ones. Originally from Detroit, Michigan, she’s happy to call Texas home.
