As an Executive Coach with Performance Experts, Julie coaches and supports our Leadership 360 clients in achieving extraordinary results in their businesses and lives. As co-facilitator of the L360 Signature Program and L360 Masters Program, she leads our clients in deepening their self-awareness and business skillsets to effectively produce results and achieve goals. She coaches 30+ of the Nation's top-producing Loan Originators.


Her deep business and coaching experience, combined with her ability to listen deeply and ask incisive and thought-provoking questions, enables her to support clients in identifying challenges and finding success in their business and personal lives.



Julie received her Bachelor of Science in Business from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio in 1998. She gained tremendous business experience in supply chain, global business processes and change management working for Fortune 100 company Kraft Foods for 15 years. Julie brings her background in leadership, team management, process management, and communication to support her clients and their teams. She is passionate about supporting people in bringing their best selves to work and leveraging team members' skillsets to produce excellent results. Her experience in supporting large-scale corporate change and redefining business processes across the globe enables her to easily understand complex business situations, provide clarity, and create a successful path forward for her clients.

Julie earned a Master of Arts degree in Spiritual Psychology in 2014 and a concentration in Consciousness, Health, and Healing in 2016, both from the University of Santa Monica. She is a Certified Coach through the Newfield Network International Coaching School, located in Boulder, Colorado.

Joining Performance Experts in 2013 has given Julie extensive mortgage industry knowledge. Leveraging this with her corporate leadership experience and her advanced education enables Julie to assess a situation, cut to the heart of the matter, and support clients in achieving powerful results in their lives. The result of working with Julie is an ability to make more conscious and empowered choices to create a life you love.

Julie has led Team Workshops with mortgage teams since 2015, both in Los Angeles and in client offices. As a result, she is intimately familiar with challenges origination teams face and has helped many teams identify and resolve dysfunction for smoother and more effective interactions.

Julie leads the Leadership 360 Site Visit program, facilitating office visits to client offices twice a year. She loves being on-site and excels in working with teams to optimize their performance.

Julie lives in Marina del Rey, California and enjoys hiking, playing tennis and practicing yoga. Her St. Bernard puppy keeps her on her toes and active in her neighborhood.
She loves immersing herself in other cultures, including speaking Spanish, and also enjoys listening to the sea lions outside her window, taking road trips with friends, and spending time with loved ones. Originally from Detroit, Michigan, she’s happy to call California home.
